Buckle strap for attaching bags to the bike or attaching things to the outside of a bag. 3/4" nylon webbing and low profile cam buckle make this a strong holder in a small package.
Two are included with Bigmouth Burrito Bags and Stem Bags.

Strap can be cut down for a neater fit - make sure to hit the end with a lighter after cutting to prevent fraying.
Nylon construction is nice to the touch and stands up to abuse.
