Thanks for shopping with HandleStash. If you're not happy for any reason, you can return your product for a full refund. Our official policies are below, but we understand everyone's got something going on. Email us if you've got questions or issues about the product, and we'll respond as fast as possible.
Returns
You have 60 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If you take longer than 60 days, we're flexible, especially with holiday orders.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
If you lost your packaging, instructions etc. that's ok. We've got a bunch more here.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is deemed our fault (e.g. broken product). Shipping costs are non-refundable. You can either purchase return postage yourself, or email us to request a return label (this is the cheaper and easier option). The cost of return shipping will then be deducted from your refund.
