The Dutch NTA 8776 standard regulates the design and safety of helmets for eVehicles like ebikes that go up to 28 mph (45 km/h). The United States relies on the CPSC standard created in the 1970s, which only requires protection for riding speeds up to 15 mph.
If you're going to trust anyone about bicycle standards, shouldn't it be the Dutch?

Measure twice, order once.
Wrap a soft, flexible measuring tape horizontally around your head 1 inch above your eyebrows and ears. Pull the tape softly snug, read the length and repeat for accuracy. Use the largest measurement. Select the helmet size that is closest to your head measurement.
Medium size: 21.2 - 22.8 in (54 - 58cm)
Large size: 22.8 - 23.6 in (58 - 60cm)
Extra Large size: 23.6 - 25 in (60 - 63.5 cm)
We chose to offer Xnito ebike helmets after using them for over 1000 miles of e-bike commuting. The helmets have been comfortable for long rides, up to 65 miles in a day, and have been easy to wear in any weather. The adjustability is key for adding a head covering when the weather turns cold and the lights are a nice addition to improve visability. We don't recommend relying exclusively on the helmet lights to be seen at night but they are a great addition to on-bike lights to give you a larger profile.
At HandleStash we primarily sell products we produce, so the decision to offer something from another brand did not come lightly. After lots of use we concluded that our audiance would benefit from these excellent e-bike helmets and we decided to go ahead with the partnership.
